1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using trucosconsejos.com ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

TrucosConsejos provides free online utilities — currently an image format converter, an image resizer, a watermark tool and an About-page text generator. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without any subscription or account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must:

• only process files you own or have the right to use;
• not process or distribute illegal content of any kind;
• not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or bypass its security, or access other users' files;
• not scrape, overload or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.

We may block access that violates these rules.

4. Your content stays yours

We claim no ownership whatsoever over the images you process or the text you generate here. Files handled by the server-side converter are stored briefly under random names and automatically deleted within 6 hours; the other tools never transmit your files to us at all. Text produced by the About Us Generator is yours to use freely on your own website, commercially or otherwise.

5. Our content

The site's design, code, articles and guides are the property of TrucosConsejos. You may link to any page freely. You may not republish, sell or redistribute the site's content as your own.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Image processing involves inherent trade-offs (compression, format limits) that are described on each tool's page. Always keep your original files — the tools produce copies and never modify your originals, but you alone are responsible for backups.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrucosConsejos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the site, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to external websites. Advertisements are provided by third parties: we do not select, endorse or guarantee the products and services advertised, and any dealings with an advertiser are strictly between you and that advertiser. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites.

You agree not to interact with advertisements artificially — including clicking ads out of anything other than genuine interest, using automated tools to generate impressions or clicks, or encouraging others to do so. Such activity violates the ad network's policies and these terms.
